328 Continued Page 11 May 12, 1975 Article 40: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $700.00 for the construction of an outdoor basketball court, to be located in Collins Field. ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to amend Article 40 to read: To see if the Town will vote to take from available funds the sum of $700.00 for the construction of an outdoor basketball court, to be located in Pocknett Field. Motion made and seconded to accept Article 40 as amended. A unanimous vote. Article 41: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds a sum of money for the purchase of a "walkie talkie" portable radio for the Fire Department or take any other action thereon. , ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to amend Article 41 to read: To see if the Town will vote to take from available funds the sum of $650.00 for the purchase of a "walkie talkie" portable radio for the Fire Department. Motion duly made and seconded to accept Article 41 as amended. A unanimous vote. Article 42: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the hiring of two men for the Fire Department and further to raise and appropriate a sum of money sufficient to pay their salaries according to the Salary Administration Plan or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to indefinitely postpone Article 42. Motion carried. Article 43: To see what amount of money the Town will vote to transfer from available funds or raise and appropriate to be added to the Fire Department Capital Outlay Fund or take any other action thezDn. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 43 to read: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Revenue Sharing Fund the sum of $10,000. to be added to the Fire Department Capital Outlay Fund. Article 44: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of , Selectmen to appoint a full-time Shellfish Warden or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motiohimade and seconded to indefinitely postpone Article 44. Motion carried. Article 45: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $10,000 for a full-time Shellfish Warden or take any other action thereon. ACTION: No action. Article 46: To see if the Town will raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of Twenty -Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars for reseeding quahogs and oysters, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to take from available funds the sum of Twenty -Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars. A vote. Article 47: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $3,900.00 to defray the cost of legal services from the Board of Appeals or take any other action thereon. ACTION: No action. ' Article 48: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $5,000.00 to continue the title examination of Teal estate of "unknown owners" or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to take from available funds the sum of $5,000.00. So voted. Article 49: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of money for the conversion to "Date Processing" the Assessors' records for the billing of real estate and personal property tax list, or take any other action thereon.
