To see if the Town will vote to authorize the hiring of two full-time firefighters for the Fire Department and to raise and appropriate the sum of $ for their salaries, according tb the',Salary Administration Plan, or take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the hiring of a clerk/ dispatcher for the Fire Department and to raise and appropriate the sum of $ to pay the salary according to the Salary Administration Plan, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Fire Department. Not recommended by Finance Committee. ACTION: Moved and seconded to Indefinitely Postpone Article 46. Vote carried. ARTICLE 47. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the formation of an ' Ambulance Advisory Commission to be appointed by the Board of Selectmen for the purpose of establishment of Policy and setting rates and fees, if any, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Fire Department. Not Recommended by Finance Committee - no money. ACTION: Moved and seconded to accept Article 47 as read. Vote carried. ARTICLE 48. To see if the Town will vote to purchase a vehicle for the use of the Fire Chief and to raise and appropriate the sum of $ therefor, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Fire Department. Not Recommended by Finance Committee. ACTION: Moved and seconded to amend the Article to read: To see if the Town will vote to purchase a vehicle for the use of the Fire Chief and to take from the Fire Department Capital Outlay Fund the sum of $4,874.00. Vote carried. ARTICLE 49. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the purchase of an ambulance for the Fire Department, the funds to be taken from the Fire Department Capital Outlay Account, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Fire Department. Recommended by Finance Committee. ' ACTION: Moved and seconded toaccept Article 49 as read. Unanimously voted. ARTICLE 50. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $350.00 to provide the Mashpee Fire Station with a 4 stainless steel sink, a 15 gallon electric hot water heater and the necessary plumbing fixtures or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Fire Department. Recommended by Finance Committee to Raise and Appropriate. ACTION: Moved and seconded to take from available funds the sum of $350.00 and to accept Article 50 as read. Vote carried.
