Vote carried. ARTICLE 67. To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Chapter 808, Acts of 1975, Chapter 40A of the Zoning Act, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Planning Board. ACTION. Moved and seconded to Indefinitely postpone. Vote carried. ARTICLE 68. To see if the Town will vote to limit the number of Deputy Shellfish Wardens to seven, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Shellfish Constable. Recommended by Finance Committee. ACTION: Moved and seconded to accept Article 68 as read. Vote carried. ARTICLE 69: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $2,100.00 for the wages of seven (7) Deputy Shellfish Constables, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Shellfish Constable. Recommended by Finance Committee to Raise and Appropriate. ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,100.00 Vote carried. ARTICLE 70. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $5,500.00 for reseeding quahogs and oysters or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Shellfish Constable. ' Recommended by Finance Committee with approval of Shellfish Constable to Raise and Appropriate $3,500.00 ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of $3,500.00 for reseeding quahogs and oysters. Vote carried. ARTICLE 71. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $15,000.00 to be placed in the Conservation Fund, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Conservation Commission. Recommended by Finance Committee to Raise and Appropriate $10,000.00 ACTION: Moved and seconded to raise and appropriate the sum of $10,000 to be placed in the Conservation.Fund. Vote carried. ARTICLE 72. To see if the Town will vote to establish the position of full-time Conservation and Wildlife Officer or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Conservation Commission. Recommended by Finance Committee in accordance with Section 7C of Salary Administration Plan. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to accept Article 72 as amended: "To see if the Town will vote to establish the position of full-time Conservation I and Wildlife Officer in accordance with Section 7C of Salary Administration Plan." Vote carried. ARTICLE 73. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $ to be used as salary for the Conservation and Wildlife Officer, or take any other action thereon.
