386 Special Town Meeting <br />May r2 977 <br />ARTICLE 7. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds <br />the sum of $2,587.00 to construct an asphalt Cl. I bituminous concrate <br />pavement at the Disposal Area, from Ashers Path to the lower level of the <br />Disposal Area, a distance of approximately 600 feet. (Submitted by <br />the Board of Health) <br />Not recommended by the Finance Committee. <br />ACTION: Moved and seconded to indefinitely postpone Article 7. <br />ARTICLE 8. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds <br />the sum of $3,900.00 to be applied to the Fire Department Expense Account <br />for the balance of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1977. (Submitted by I the Fire Department) <br />Recommended by the Finance Committee. <br />ACTION: Moved and seconded to transfer from available funds the sum of <br />$3,000.00. Motion carried. <br />ARTICLE 9. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds <br />the sum of $4,000 tp be aJ ;oed tp tje Fore Dejart,emt Wage Account <br />for the balance of ghefiscal year ending June 30, 1977. (Submitted by <br />the Fire Department) <br />Recommende by the Finance Committee. <br />ACTION: Article 9 asended to read: To see if the Town will vote to <br />transfer from available funds the sum of $4,500.00 to be applied to the <br />Fire Department Wage Account for the balance of the fiscal year encing <br />June 30y' 1977. Moved and seconded to accept Article 9 as amended. <br />Motion carried. <br />ARTICLE 10. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available <br />funds the sum of $ to be applied to the Fire Department <br />Full -Time Firefighters'Salary Account for the balance of the fiscal year <br />ending June 30, 1977. (Submitted by the Fire Department) <br />Recommendation fo be made.by the Finance Committee at the Town Meeting. <br />ACTION: Moved and seconded to indefinitely postpone Article 10. <br />Motion carried. <br />ARTICLE 11. 76 see if the Tom will vote to transfer from available <br />funds the sum of $ for the repairs to the cement block <br />wall at the Fire Station. (Submitted by the Fire Department) <br />Not recommended by the Finance Committee. <br />ACTION: Moved and seconded to transfer from available funds the sum of <br />$940.00 for the repairs of the cement block wall at the;:,Fire Station. <br />Motion carried. <br />ARTICLE 12. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town fo Mashpee <br />Zoning Bylaw by addin ghe followin therto: <br />Section <br />FLOOD AREA PROVISIONS <br />Permits for new construction, alteration of structures, oi' other <br />development (any man-made chang to improved or tnimproved real estate, <br />including but not limited to buildings or other structures, mining, <br />dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation or drillijg operations), <br />at or below the Base Flood Elevation as specified with the A and V zones <br />( In unnumbered a Zones, in the absence of Flood Insurance Administration <br />data, the base flood elevations shall be depermined by obtaining, <br />reviewing and reasonably utilizing any existing base flood elevation <br />data from Federal, State or other sources), as designated on special F.I.A. <br />Flood Insurance Rate Maps, numbers through effective (which are on file <br />with the Town Clerk, Planning Board and building Inspector)shall be <br />approved subject to other laws and bylaws applicable thereto and to the <br />following: <br />
