-2-
r
Barbara: What we don't know, and we were supposed to get a copy of, is crossing
that easement. I am not clear in my mind how that operates.
Bruce: Well that is just what I am trying to say. If I am taxed on it and I own
it then I should be able to cross it.
Barbara: That would seem logical, however, we got in trouble with Huckerbee.
Charles: This is the conservation easement?
Bruce: Right. This is the exact same thing as Huckerbee's.
Charles: How much banking is that?
Bruce: I would say about 1 foot; maybe a 1 foot and a half.
Pauline: Could I recommend that some of the board do an on site inspection.
Bruce: I have already filed all of my applications.
Pauline: That has nothing to do with this hearing.
Charles: Where that will come out -- is that across the neck of the entrance of Jehu
Pond?
Bruce: It is below the neck. It is after the neck but it doesn't go out beyond the
neck so it will not be an obstruction to boat traffic going in or out.
Harbormasters Those plans are temporary for that dock. You should have it on paper
what the floating part will be also. We cannot let it go by hearsay.
Bruce: Do you mind if I just sketched it on this set of plans?
Harbormasters Your sketching it in here would not cover the.State or the Federal
Government. It would probably cover you people but it would not cover the other people.
So as much as a hardship as it is, I feel that it will probably have to be re-drawn.
Asst Harbormasters I have been all through this and, of course, they are very particu-
lar on all the items as far as the Army Corps of Engineers and the State goes.
Bruces I don't want to do that. I don't want to have to wait until July,
Asst. Harbormaster: You will have to go over there any how and I am warning you that
they take their time.
Kens What size boat is going to be in there?
Bruce: I have no idea. I am not going to be living there.
Barbara: Do you remember about that conservation easement, Dorothy?
Dorothy: What's that?
Barbara: Well, he has 20 feet on his plan on Jehu Pond. Can he cross that conservation
easement?
