-3-
Mrs. Raduano: I guess we could move it that way. We just didn't want to move it so
that we didn't have to take too many trees down.
Paulines Is there not a large tree there which is going to be in between the pool and
the house? Are you going to leave that there?
Mrs. Raduano: Definitely -- that shades the whole back of the house.
Pauline: Are there any other questions?
Dick: We need a plan with the garage on it.
Paulines They will have to re-submit the revised plan.
Mrs, Raduano: How far would the pool have to be moved?
Mr. Bunikis: About 50 feet.
Mr. Raduano: Are they also objecting to the den?
Mr. Bunikiss Just the dock and the pool.
Wayne: How would this pool be emptied?
Mrs. Raduanos It doesn't have to be.
Wayne: It stays filled all the time.
Mr. Raduano: Take it down about three or four feet in the winter time. We put a cover on
it.
Wayne: And you drain it where -- over the bank?
Mr. Raduano: No, we just don't put any water in it for awhile.
Mrs. Raduano: It just evaporates when you stop using it.
Wayne: What type of a pool is it?
Mrs. Raduano: It is a Gunite pool -- like the one we have across the street.
* Paulines Requests that a check be made to see if anybody filed for the pool across the
street.
Wayne: I don't think that the Board is concerned about moving the pool laterally -- it
is just the distance of that slope that is up there.
Mr. Bunikis: We have it 15 feet -- I suppose you can get it closer. I don't know much
about the effects the pool will have by coming closer to the house.
Mrs. Raduano: We also wanted to place it strategically so that you get the sun while you
are swimming. This is an asset, too. If we start putting it around the side of the house
or the front of the house, we will have to strip down ,all the trees.
Wayne: What type of grounds improvement do you have planned for around the pool?
j
