Raduano <br /> Agent: Eldredge Engineering, Hyannis (Revised plan received) <br /> Barbara: This addition of a den is about 30 feet from the top of the bank. <br /> Dorothy: Put in the Order of Conditions that the riprap be increased before they con- <br /> struct a swimming pool. <br /> Wayne: It sounds like we are allowing it -- do we have any grounds to dis-allow it? <br /> Dorothy: No, we don't have any grounds to dis-allow it. <br /> Barbara: But if we said that first the riprap had to be brought to the top of the bank <br /> before any construction could occur -- the swimming pool or .this den. <br /> Dorothy: They are excavating a 16 x 32 square out of this and that banking is ,going to <br /> collapse. <br /> Wayne: Why did they move it -- referring to the pool. <br /> Pauline: Because there are trees there (shows on the plan where the tree is). Mrs. Raduano <br /> said that .she wanted to keep the tree for shade. They couldn't get machinery in there and <br /> they couldn't dig a hole without cutting the tree. The tree is 'at least 100 years old. <br /> How many roots to a tree that large? <br /> Ken: The roots go the same distance in the ground as the branches go out. <br /> Wayne: Don't the abutters have a say? <br /> Peuline: They object to it. Shows letters received from abutters who are in Florida. <br /> Barbara: Can it be postponed until abutters come back? <br /> Pauline: No. <br /> Order of Conditions <br /> 11. Must comply with revised plans submitted March 28, 1980. <br /> Numbers 12 through 17 refer to Cushner's Order of Conditions, SE 43-102, numbers 12, 14, 15, <br /> 16, 18, 19 and 20, (On Cusher's #15 -- take out the word, adjacent) <br />
