-15-
Wa ne: Mr. Hollander you have to realize how our hands are tied to. We have to have
a reason why we can turn this down and if you can find one, go right ahead.
Mr. Hollander: There is a little common sense implied here.
Wayne: But it is implied= it is not explicit.
Pauline: We can't do a thing now until DFS acts.
Mr. Hollander: Are they going to give us a chance to talk?
Charles: If you write to Mr. Paul Anderson of DFS that you wish to be notified when they
send someone down to view the site, and they will let you know and give you the date.
Mr. Hill: Did you have anything to do with the location of this addition? Do you approve
that?
Pauline: No, that is the building inspector.
Mr. Hill: Because bringing that building closer to the water and I think there is something
about 100 feet.
Pauline: That is proposed. It is a separate issue and he will have to file again with us
when he goes to build in that area. When he goes to the Building Inspector, he will say
that he has to file a Notice of Intent.
Dick: When did you say you received your letter, Mr.- Hollander,
Mr. Hollander: The 14th of March.
Dick: We have a receipt of March 15, 1980 from a letter which was sent to you, Mr. Hollander.
The meeting was had was on the 26th .of March.
Mr. Hollander: I couldn't be here.
Pauline: We read Mr. Hollander's and Mr. Hill's letters.
Dick% I thought you said you were not notified at all.
Mr. Hollander: I just got a certified letter that stated that there was a plan of some sort
that they were going to build and that was the first thing. that I knew about it. This prior
meeting of about a year ago we were never notified of.
Charles: That was not a hearing meeting. They wanted to know what the Wetlands Act consisted
of. They were just thinking of renovating the inside of.the house at that time. There was
no letter of intent filed, there was no determination or anything. They just wanted informa-
tion on the Wetlands Act.
Dick: None of us are very happy about the pool.
Ken: Do you want the pool?
Mr. Hollander: Where he had the pool originally, I could care less.
Mr. Hill: I would rather nothing.
