-12-
Mr. Gordon: When would that be roughly?
Pauline: As soon as I get the DEQE number. When I get the number, we will get started
on it right away.
Mrs. Black: There is a dock there now, isn't there?
Barbara: It is yours.
Mrs. Black: Oh, it is on my lot. It is an old dock.
Mr. Gordon: I want to put a dock in so I can put my boat in. I am not planning on build-
ing until next fall but I would like to put a dock in for my boat.
Charles: This coming fall?
Mr. Gordon: Yes.
Charles: Because these conditions would only exist for a year without a renewal.
Mr. Gordon: Oh, thank you for telling me.
Pauline: In one year, you would have to renew that.
Stephen Van Tol
Pauline: I received a form back on Stephen VanTol. He had sent in a Notice of Intent,
which he did not sign and he did not have any measurements on a 20 foot beach area on
Fells Pond.
Pauline: Mr. Tom O'Connors called me and asked me for copies of the condominiums. 1
came up and made all the copies of the Notice of Intents, Order of Conditions, Compliances
and everything that he needed on New Seabury's condominiums and gave those to him.
EPA
Pauline: Requests Secretary to fill out a card received from the Environmental Protection
Agency in order to stay on the mailing list. (This was sent)
Charles: Suggests that a copy of the Order of Conditions be sent to Harold as he is com-
plaining that he has no knowledge of a write-off when these fellows come in for their
building permits. The new building permits have three lines -- one reserved for the
Board of Health to write-off, one reserved for the Conservation Commission to write-off
before the Building Inspector can issue a permit.
Pauline: Mrs. Anderson has also asked me to give her a copy of the Order of Conditions.
