-16-
Mr. Jones, cont.
Mr. Jones purchased a summer cottage on John's Pond (43 Ninigret Ave. ). He wishes to
construct a pier for his boat and he inquired of Mr. John Mates as to any restrictions.
Pauline sent him a note dated May 31, 1980 telling him that all piers, docks and floats
have to have a Notice of Intent filed, etc.
The minutes of the meeting of May 14, 1980 were accepted as corrected.
Bill from Puritan Clothing
I called Puritan Clothing. I received a bill from them for $132 for Mr. James Ames,
the dog officer. It was sent to the Mashpee Conservation Commission. Mr. Ames stamped
the bill to be paid by the Conservation Commission. I called the company and told them
it will never be paid by us. He purchased two .pair of pants, two shirts and one hat. I
asked Puritan Clothing to send out a new bill to the Selectman or to the Police Depart-
ment.
Ferguson -- Compliance
Pauline: Did you check Ferguson, Charles?
Charles: The planting is done. It looks all right to me.
Compliance was signed by the Board.
Kevin Harrington -- Compliance
Barbera: Mr. Harrington's is okay. I checked that one.
Complaince was signed by the Board.
Smith & Clark
Charles: How about the compliance for Smith & Clark?
Pauline: I have not made that one out. The reason that I had not sent Clark's out is
that they had not received a number that they registered at the Registry of Deeds, which
has to be on here before a compliance.
Charles: Give them a call and get the number from them. I know they must have it as
they have been most anxious for a complaince.
Scalley, K & R Realty
Pauline: The work is all done. They need a compliance, too.
