-3- Ken: (cont. minimum length but enough so he can get his boat in and out. What he has here in Plan A seems okay to me. If you are going to put docks in, you might as well give the guy enough so he can get in and out. Charles: What bothers me is that we are assuming that on the average of a 22, 23 or 24 footers requires approximately 2 feet in order to travel and this is what we are setting it by and saying that is the limit. What scares the devil out of me is that this joker is going to come in there some time with more draft and is going to want more depth. ; Wayne: This has to be more the exception than the rule. Charles: I would, like most people, prefer to see moorings rather than any docks at all. I think we said this from the beginning. Ken: Let's take a vote. Charles: I think we almost have to because we called ourselves on the 2 foot depth. Pauline: Now that includes a 16 foot ramp and a 20 foot float. Atty. Smith: No, we just want to extend the pier to a total of 80 feet. Tpe only thing we want to do is amend your first sentence: "T}:e pier shall be constructed to extend not more than 45 feet". Instead of saying 45 feet, we want to say 60 feet. Ken: Just give him 15 feet more, right? Atty. Smith: Correct. Ken: Any what is the minimum depth that you want? Atty. Smith: Two feet. Wayne: We are going to have to be careful in the future saying how deep we want all these things to go. Charles: What we are essentially saying is that there shall be a sixty foot pier with a 20 foot float. Atty. Smith: Correct. Charles: Because that is not Plan A. Pauline: This is a revised plan that I got and it shows the ramp on it. I just re- ceived this and it still has 92 feet on here. Charles: Pointing to the plan -- what we are saying is that this distance in here shall be 80 feet. Atty. Smith: Correct. Charles: And the 20 foot float will be back in here and come out to approximately that voint? Atty. Smith: Correct.
