These people are anxious to get
started and I know that you people have twenty-one days to make a decision. Would
you take the full time, Mr. Chairman? \
Ken: We will have an Order of Conditions drawn up tonight.
Order of Conditions
11. Proposed Dwelling Location and Proposed Sewage Disposal System for Lot 1128
Waterline Drive North, Little Neck Bay, New Seabury shall conform to plans on file.
12. No heavy equipment on the water side of the house.
1.3. No fill on the water side of the house.
14. Box 1430
Cotuit, Ma. 02635
Jim Cady: I would like to present a letter to the chairman asking for an extension
for a permit which expired in June.
Ken: Reads the letter requesting to grant a one-year extension on SE43-90 which
was originally issued by the commission to Michael Haywood of Harvard, Ma. in June
of 1979. Mr. Haywood was unable to begin construction on the property because of
a. variance that was required by the owner of the adjacent lot. Because of the ab-
sence of the variance, Mr. Haywood was unable to record the deed and the DF;E per-
mit until February, 1980. The revolution of the Indian law suit further affected
his ability to begin construction. Finally, Mr. Haywood was unaware that his per-
mit had expired.
Wayne: '!!hat is the usual rulinf; on that, Pauline?
Pauline: It is a one-year time limit usually. Are you the gentleman that called
me?
Jim Cady: Yes.
Pauline: And you called DE:)B?
