-5-
Mr. Cady: Yes, and when I first spoke to them, the impression that I got was that
it was fairly routine. They would just grant an extension. When I got back to
him a couple days later, he-said he was not able to grant an extension.
Pauline: But we would have to.
Mr. Cady: Right. In the last couple of weeks, we started getting our permits
together and we didn 't really realize that the permit expired after a year. In
order to get the health permit, Mss. Anderson said that we had to come and talk
with you first.
Ken: Any objections anybody?
No -- all willing to extend.
Pauline: Requests that Mr. Cady sent a copy of the documents showing that it was
registered.
Extension permit was mailed to Mr. Cady on October 23, 1980.
Joan Muse
Lot 55, Little Neck Bay
Joan: I would like to brief you on something that will be coming before you in a
couple weeks -- Lot 55, Little Neck Bay. Dr. Samuel Marter is buying this lot and
Kathleen Franlin O'Connell is representing. She has made a contingency legally
that conservation approval be obtained. She is having the engineering and site
planning and all that done right now. But I just wanted to tell you that it would
be coming.
Wayne: I took a look at it this weekend.
Joan: I thought that if you knew at least what was going on and Kathy O'Connell
had all the paper work in order, it would be easier.
Charles: As long as she has her septic plans and her permits.
Pauline: And she sends a notice of intent.
Marshop Village
Stuart Baker
Stuart Baker: Number 8, Marshop Village. It is on the bluff. I measured it out
and it was T5 feet from the edge of the house to the top of the bluff.
Charles: During the last storm, we lost a little bit more. There is only about a
2 foot overhang right now.
Stuart Baker: I haven't been out there for about a week.
