-1c-
Fr7nk; hlell, there are a couple of options here. You can't really move this
unit too far up the hill because then you would create a very deep cut along
this slope in through here. lie may look at a different type of town house unit
that wouldn't take as much area as a flat or we could also look at, alternatively,
moving it up a little bit and perhaps changing the orientation just a bit. A.-ain,
this unit has one of the most spectacular views. It is a back and forth view out
over the river and then back again back over the bay.
Ma.vne: The basic criteria that you used for setting these then was to take the
area's minimum slope.
Frank: That's correct. And, again, I think that is a good design. Because,
clearly, that is minimum disruption of existing vegetation.
Wayne: It is, except if we push it farther uphill . . . (interrupted)
Frank: When you start pushing it farther uphill, then you start getting into
deeper cuts.
Wayne: And more retaining walls.
Frank: Right.
Ken: Is any of this staked out now?
Earle N,arsters: There is a wood road that goes in pretty close and all the wells
are in. If you had the plan, you could probably locate these pretty well.
Dorothv: The only other questions that I have is the name of one of those streets;
Forest Street. Has that been approved?
Earle '1i9rsters: Those road names will not be used. It will be a private drive
and will not actually have a name. The project will be known as Bay Ridge Villas.
I think that is what we will end up with and it will be a private drive owned and
maintained by the condominium association.
Wayne: Is Forest Street the west boun--ary?
Earle 'arsters: It is only a paper street.
Mayne: Is there a west boundary line?
Frank: There are concrete bounds in here if you look at the plan. Also, the
wells are there and they are capped so you can essentially locate yourself between
the concrete bounds and the wells.
Wavne: When were those wells drilled?
FYrle :=:arsters : In 1975.
Ken : How deep are your wells?
Erle ""arsters : Th"y vary. _..e elev=_tion of the ground var`_es so much. They
are any where from 50 to 20 feet. They were all c^.ec7s: d out and ap_roved also
for content.
Kions?
en: Does anybodv h=ave any more uesi
