HELD for pending explanation. <br /> The bylaw amendment is a requirement of the state. A bylaw change would be <br /> required for any new revolving accounts. This does not affect the existing revolving <br /> accounts. <br /> Article#30, Article#31: To authorize the Board of Selectmen to transfer title, care, <br /> management custody and/or control of the real properties identified as 209 <br /> Old Barnstable Road and 950 Falmouth Road to the Mashpee Affordable <br /> Housing Trust for the purposes of developing affordable housing. The <br /> appropriate language for the articles was drafted by Town Counsel. (New <br /> Articles) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cotton to approve and recommend Article#30 & Article#31 of <br /> the Annual Town Meeting warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman Cahalane, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br /> Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Opposed, none <br /> Article 432: To accept a deed in lieu of tax foreclosure, conveying fee title to the parcel of real <br /> estate owned by the Lakewood Homeowners Association. Although this is a new <br /> article, there was a placeholder for this article proposed to take the Ancient Cemetery <br /> at the Lakewood Association in lieu of taxes. The explanation for this article is <br /> pending.
