Transfer $2775 from revenue available to repair the library parking lot* William <br /> Towner felt the parking lot should not be designated 'library parking lot's because <br /> the church and town hall also use the parking area. Approved. <br /> 14. Transfer from revenue available $10,365.'86 to pay unpaid bills as follows <br /> Selectmen: <br /> Philip B. Herr & Associates $776.81 and Choate, Hall & Stewart $2,396.45; <br /> both bills for the ongoing I-la donald case (Otis Trailer Park) , Old Republic <br /> Insurance for payroll audit $6,568.00. <br /> Highway: Atwood Oil Company for diesel oil $313.9.5 <br /> Personnel: Falmouth I'iedical Assoc. , check up Fire Chief $31.00 <br /> Fire: Frederickson Brothers, Inc. , originally approved from the Muncipal <br /> Equipment & Repair Account but was submitted too late for payment. <br /> Approved. <br /> 1 . Transfer $1910 from revenue. available to the Police Expense Account to purchase <br /> weapons and equipment for special police officers. SDecial officers are required <br /> to purchase their own equipment but it was felt that since they. occasionally work a <br /> limited amount of hours, the town would purchase the equipment and and sign it out <br /> to the special officers. The. equipment will. be for 7 officers - 2 for Attaquin <br /> 'ark, 2 for waterways, and 3 new officers. The Finance Committee 'recommended $550 <br /> to equip the two officers for Attaquin Park. It was felt the waterways officers <br /> would not need weapons, and would wait until after the police study was completed <br /> before equipping new officers. <br /> 16. Transfer $700 from funds available to the lifguards and Attendants Account. Funds <br /> will be used for a one day orientation and wages to open south Cape Beach from <br /> June 23 to June 30. A total of $1000 is needed - $300 left in account. <br /> 17. Transfer $2000 from the Highway Clerical salary Acccount to the Highway Maintenance <br /> Account. Balance in account due to a part time secretary and not full time for a <br /> period of time. Approved. <br /> 18. Transfer $3000 from Highway Wages to Grounds Maintenance, Municipal Buildings <br /> Maintenance and Maintenance and Small. Construction Account. Approved. <br /> 19. Transfer $2000 from revenue available to the Insect and Pest Control Account to <br /> combat gypsy moths. Not recommended. <br /> 20. Accept provision of Mass General law, Chapter 44, section 53, to allow monies earned <br /> from Conservation lands to be held for future appropriation. Holding money in <br /> special accounts now is -not legal, accepting this article would make it legal.. <br /> Approved. <br />
