MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 8, 2017 <br /> Steve Cook said the height for the new home will be 29 ft. 7 inches according to the cross- <br /> section. The architectural plans were secondary to the Written Finding. The Written <br /> Finding was for a tear down and rebuild of an older cottage, and dealt with lot coverage, <br /> setbacks. There was no mention of architectural plans in the approved Written Finding. <br /> Chairman Furbush was questioning the height and whether it was a modification and polled <br /> the opinions of the Board. <br /> Mr.Blaisdell asked the Building Commissioner if he would approve a building permit with <br /> new plans. Mr. Blaisdell does not have any issues. <br /> Mr.Bonvie mentioned the fact that the foundation has been sitting for five years,and would <br /> like to see a house built and would like the project to move forward. <br /> Sharon Sangeleer would like to see the project move forward, no issues. <br /> Mr. Gould wanted to know what the typical style of hones were in the neighborhood. <br /> Mr. DeBarros said the house is staying within the height restriction of the neighborhood <br /> and has no issues. <br /> Mr. Mike Halloran, an abutter that resides a 200 Wading Place Road. He approves that the <br /> house being built is very accurate to the character of the neighborhood, and as a close <br /> neighbor, he has no objections to the additional height. He said over the last two.years he <br /> spoke to the neighbors who were wondering when the house would be built. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the Conservation Comments and the Inspection Department Comments <br /> into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a modification to the Written Finding with the <br /> following conditions; Plot Plan— 185 Wading Place Road, Mashpee, MA.
