A vote of Town Meeting would be required to support the borrowing for the purchase, <br /> which would include equipment and training related to the new pumper under the FYI capital <br /> plan. <br /> It was agreed that year 2 of a 3-year lease purchase$9,919.07 for the Recreation Department's <br /> 12-passenger van would be funded by the Recreation Department Revolving Fund. <br /> Prioritized for funding are the vehicles identified in the Police Department Vehicle Replacement <br /> Program. The$191,500 capital expenditure is committed to fund the following vehicles; <br /> 10 Police Vehicles—Year 3 of 3 $132,000 <br /> 1 Police Vehicle—Year 3 of 3 $ 11,500 <br /> 4 Police Vehicles—Year 2 of 3 $ 48,000 <br /> Total Commitment $191,500 <br /> Additional prioritized vehicles committed for upgrades in the Department of Public Works <br /> include the following; <br /> E-1 2015 International 6-Wheel Dump Truck—Year 3 of 3 $43,202 <br /> E-2 2015 International 6-Wheel Dump Truck—Year 3 of 3 $43,202 <br /> E-3 2016 Ford F550 Dump Truck—Year 2 of 2 $18,857 <br /> E-4 2016 International 6-Wheel Dump Truck—Year 2 of 3 $45,953 <br /> E-5 2016 Ford F550 Dump Truck- Year 2 of $18,857 <br /> E-6 2016 Ford F250 Pickup Truck- Year 2 of 2 $11,985 <br /> Total Commitment $182,056 <br /> The Town Hall Vehicle a 2016 F150 used by the Conservation Department is also prioritized as <br /> a funding commitment. <br /> 2016 F150 Pickup Truck—Year 2 of $6,255 <br /> The total vehicle commitment in fiscal year 2017: $379,811 <br />
