TREASURER'S REPORT & BUDGET UPDATE: Mrs. Botsford provided the Budget to <br /> Actual report, prepared by accountant Tom Joy. Mrs. Botsford reviewed the report and explained <br /> any variances. Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for review and signature. The warrants for <br /> signature tonight are for the month of May 2017 and total as follows: $47,988.07 for 4001, <br /> $49,477.00 for MRVP, $50,381.01 for Asher's Path Apartments, $10,197.21 for HAP, and <br /> $12,619.18 for Great Cove Community. <br /> We have a few residents that have not paid. We have one Breezy Acres, one at Great Cove <br /> Community, one at Asher's Path and one at Homeyer Village. Both Great Cove and Breezy <br /> Acres tenants will have payment in by Monday. The one resident at Asher's Path is in the <br /> hospital so Gina is reaching out to their next of kinlemergency contact person. The Homeyer <br /> Village resident is getting assistance with rent from the CC Times Needy Fund and we should be <br /> getting that within a week. We are 100% occupied at all developments except for Great Cove <br /> Community right now. We have two units that we are trying to fill now. Asher's Path will have <br /> a vacancy this month which we are working on filling as soon as possible. Mrs. Botsford spent <br /> some time explaining the difficulty in filling the Great Cove Community unit and stressed that <br /> Ms. Mitchell is on top of it.We are doing the best we can given the program requirements and the <br /> number of agencies that must approve. <br /> Mr. Halpern asked if it would be possible to get the Budget to Actual report a week ahead of time <br /> like the rest of the documents provided. Mrs. Botsford stated that Mr. Joy usually comes down <br /> the day of the meeting and then provides the report, but she will ask him if he can come a week <br /> earlier to do the report so that Mrs. Botsford can send that report along with everything else <br /> before the meeting. <br /> A motion was made by Melissa Phillips and seconded by Jill Allen to accept the <br /> Treasurer's Report & Budget Update as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT & UPDATES: <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that she had mailed her reports for May and had a few items to add: <br /> • I conducted the monitoring review for Mashpee Bridges of Cape Cod yesterday in <br /> Wellesley. <br /> Carol and I are both attending the MassNAHRO conference in Falmouth at the end of the <br /> month. Melissa was honored for completing the course at lunch. <br /> • I've been elected to continue on the MassNAHRO Board of Directors. <br /> • 1 met with the CPC regarding our application for the Buy-down program and it was voted <br /> unanimously to fund the program. Melissa attended the meeting. It now goes to the <br /> Board of Selectmen and then Town Meeting. <br /> a John Milligan has left the part time maintenance assistant position (12 hours week). I'm <br /> going to hold this position to see what the new budget is going to look like. <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
