73 Mercantile Way continued <br /> Committee Comments continued <br /> Board of Health <br /> Tom Fudala suggested applicant talk with Glen Harrington regarding Board of Health requirements <br /> for commercial buildings--Item 7 regarding the outside rinse area and item 1 regarding drainage <br /> swales and catch basins. Matt Eddy said they will discuss these points with Glen Harrington. <br /> Ronnie Warden asked if they would be running the boat engine. Richard McCracken said <br /> mechanical-type work will be done at the marina. Ronnie said noise level would be a concern. <br /> Ronnie Warden asked if people will be working on the boats. Richard McCracken said some basic, <br /> manual type maintenance maybe. <br /> Ronnie provided Matt Eddy with a copy of Glen Harrington's comments and the Board of Health <br /> requirements for commercial buildings and she suggested Matt Eddy follow-up with Glen. <br /> Ronnie asked if anyone will be staying there on the boat in storage. Richard McCracken said that will <br /> not be allowed. <br /> Ronnie asked if any boat pumping to be done at the storage facility. Both Richard McCracken and <br /> Joao Junqueira responded "no". Richard said that is to be done before hauling. He said every <br /> marina offers free pump outs. Also, all draining and discharge will be done at the marina. <br /> Building <br /> Mike Mendoza advised that this project will fall under controlled construction. Mike noted that <br /> applicant is calling this a "condo" and suggested that if they have condo documents they may want to <br /> provide them to ZBA since the Boards may want to see such documents. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> Motion: Tom Fudala motioned to approve subject to satisfying Board of Health comments; adding a <br /> couple of wall packs to the building; and paving the rinse area. <br /> Rodney Collins seconded the motion. <br /> Discussion: Catherine Laurent suggested including condition that the draft condo documents <br /> addressing maintenance of the property be submitted to the Zoning Board. <br /> Amended Motion: Tom Fudala motioned to approve subject to satisfying Board of Health <br /> comments; adding a couple of wall packs to the building; paving the rinse area; and draft condo <br /> documents addressing maintenance of the property to be submitted to the Zoning Board. <br /> Rodney Collins seconded this amended motion. <br /> Vote: 5-Yes. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Veronica Warden, yes.
