Public comment Peter Hall, resident, asked about the DO levels in the water above the muck. Mr. York stated some of that information is on the Town's website and they actually monitor these levels as part of their water monitoring system. Motion: Mr. Shaw moved for a negative determination, seconded by Mr. McKay. Vote unanimous 5-0 6:15 Town of Mashpee Department of Public Works. Proposed culvert replacement along Quaker Run stream on Quinaquisset Avenue. NDI Resource Area: Land Under Water Bodies, Waterways, Quaker Run, Inland Bank, Riverfront Area and Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Amanda Crouch-Smith, Tighe and Bond, was representing the applicant. The project consists of the replacement of an existing concrete box culvert and retaining walls currently in structural failure with a box culvert with natural bottom fill, inlet control structure for existing cranberry bog operations. The existing culvert will be abandoned by removing the top of the structure and filling it in with soil. The irrigation lines that run through the culvert will be relocated into new conduits that will act as sleeves to allow for future maintenance. Ms. Crouch-Smith noted that Quinaquisset Avenue is a Town-owned roadway and the culvert crossing under this roadway is the Town's responsibility, She referred to the site location on the map provided and gave a detail review of the project as outlined in Tighe and Bond report on Quaker Run Culvert Replacement Project. She also noted this was submitted to the Natural Heritage Division of Fisheries and Wildlife. The Agent stated this project meets all of the performance standards, It is an improvement project and he recommended a Close and Issue. He pointed out the portion of the bog where the owner dug out some fill and stated he should have come to the Commission for a permit. The Agent will be contacting him. Proposed expansion of existing deck and installation of mitigation plantings. Applicant requests continuance to 4128/2016 @ 6:00 p.m. NO[ Motion: Mr. Gurnee moved to continue this hearing at the request of the applicant to 4128/16 2 6:00, seconded by Mr. McKay. Vote unanimous 6-0 6:2143 Waterline LLC, 43 Waterline South Drive. Proposed demolition/replacement of single-family home along with construction of pool, patio and septic system upgrade.
