He explained the proposed project is to add mitigation plantings and beach nourishment. They would like to add 6 yards of sand on the beach every two years. He noted they were scheduled to be here two weeks ago but hadn't heard from Natural Heritage. The Agent stated Natural Heritage still hasn't submitted their letter of determination. He said the commissioners can rule on this proposal with the condition understood by the applicant that he cannot proceed until the letter is received from Natural Heritage and if they decide that this project is a take of endangered species the applicant would need to understand he would have to submit another application. Sea Run Brook Trout Coalition and Mass Fish and Wildlife did a lot of work. They introduced more woody structure into the river and has resulted in expectations they had.
