11 <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />December 8, 2015 <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS: <br />Catherine Laurent, Town of Mash ee• <br />Great River Boat RgMp Im roveme t Project: (continued) <br />Motion made by Mr. Larkin to approve and recommend to the May 2016 Special <br />Town Meeting, the Great River Boat Ramp Improvement Project in the amount of <br />$200,000. Funding shall derive from the Budgeted Reserve for this purpose. <br />Mitigation funds shall be specific to the Great River Boat Ramp site location only. <br />The project is approved for the construction of a double wide ramp with the float <br />directly in the center. Baker Bat Ramp at Pirates Cove Improvement Project: <br />Motion made by Mr. Larkin to approve and recommend to the May 2016 Special <br />Town Meeting, the Ockway Bay Boat Ramp Improvement Project in the amount of <br />$75,000 and the Edward A. Baker Boat Ramp at Pirates Cove Improvement Project <br />in the amount of $75,000. Funding for the projects shall derive from the 10% Open <br />Space/Recreation Reserves.
