D <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />December 8, 2415 <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS: <br />Review of CPA Projects Proposed for the May 20.16_Special Town.Meeting_ <br />Andrew McManus Cguservation Agent: (continued) <br />ashpee. Greenwa — uashnet River Path and Footbridge: <br />Motion made by Mr. Larkin to approve and recommend the Mashpee Greenway <br />Quashnet River Path & Footbridge project in the amount of $84,800 to the May <br />2016 Special Town Meeting. Funding shall derive from the CPC Budgeted Reserve <br />for this purpose; providing the Town Manager, and Town Counsel with legal <br />approval, and the Board of Selectmen are satisfied that proper insurance is in place, <br />and that the Town of Mashpee would seek grant funding as referenced. If grant <br />funding is attained, CPA funding would be returned to the CPC Budgeted Reserve <br />for Appropriation. <br />Motion seconded by Mrs. Buschenfeldt. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 9-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Mr. Halpern, yes Mr. Kaplan, yes Mrs. Buschenfeldt, yes <br />Mr. Larkin, yes Mr. Lord, yes Ms. Rommelmeyer, yes <br />Ms. Waygan, yes Mrs. Sherman, yes Mr. Shaw, yes <br />Review & —Approval of CPA Projects/Articles Proposed for May S ei 1 Town 2016 <br />Meeting Warrant: <br />At their last meeting, the Community Preservation Committee conducted interviews of <br />the following project applications proposed for the May 2016 Special and Annual Town <br />Meeting.
