D Community Preservation Committee Minutes December 8, 2415 APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS: Review of CPA Projects Proposed for the May 20.16_Special Town.Meeting_ Andrew McManus Cguservation Agent: (continued) ashpee. Greenwa — uashnet River Path and Footbridge: Motion made by Mr. Larkin to approve and recommend the Mashpee Greenway Quashnet River Path & Footbridge project in the amount of $84,800 to the May 2016 Special Town Meeting. Funding shall derive from the CPC Budgeted Reserve for this purpose; providing the Town Manager, and Town Counsel with legal approval, and the Board of Selectmen are satisfied that proper insurance is in place, and that the Town of Mashpee would seek grant funding as referenced. If grant funding is attained, CPA funding would be returned to the CPC Budgeted Reserve for Appropriation. Motion seconded by Mrs. Buschenfeldt. VOTE: Unanimous. 9-0.
