E FET RY" REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on March 8,. 2012 were mailed to members before the meeting. A <br /> motion was made by Mr, Shackett and seconded by Mr. Laporte to accept the minutes as <br /> presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER" DEPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual Fie ort: Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepared by the fee . <br /> accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining the variances. The report is based on the budget <br /> revision numbers that vire submitted to DHCD for approval. Mrs. Botsford stated that she has not <br /> received word yet from DHD that the budget revision was approved. <br /> Accounts Payables: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for signature. The warrants tonight are for the <br /> month of March 2012 and total as follows: $30,776.98 for 4001, $6,527.00 for Section 8, $17,778.00 for <br /> MRVP, and $91,719.21 for Asher"s Path Apartments. <br /> Dent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford reported that we have one resident who has not paid at Homeyer <br /> Village—a 14 Day Notice to Quit has been sent. There is one resident at A her's Path and one resident <br /> at Breezy Acres who have small balances. I expect they'll be paid off soon. we also currently have <br /> 10010 occupied at Breezy Acres and Asher"s Path. We have one vacancy at Homeyer village which I <br /> expect to have rented by the end of May. Painting is in process, the flooring needs to be replaced and <br /> we are replacing the countertops as well. <br /> motion was made by Mr. Shackett and seconded by Ms,Allen to accept the treasurer's <br /> report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DII E T WS REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that she had marled her reports to the board for the month of March and she added <br /> the following as an addendum to her report: <br /> • I attended my annual re-certification for the UFITC program on April 4&5. <br /> • I will reed to attend Fair Housing training by the end of the year. <br /> • sher's Path annual Property Management Review was done by MassHousing. The only issue <br /> noted in the report that needed to be addressed was mold on the building that needs to be <br /> power washed. Vincent will be handling that starting on May 1. A copy of the PMR report and <br /> Ms. Botsford"s reply was provided to all members. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Update on Breezy Acres Expansion: Mrs. Botsford reviewed with the board Ms. Danner's monthly report <br /> with regards to the project, as well as the items since submitted which-are the correspondence to the <br /> town from HAC requesting DLI monies and the map shoring the lease line. Additionally, the proposed <br /> ground lease was distributed to all members, with Mrs. Botsford's proposed changes. Mrs. Botsford <br /> stated that she would life to have an attorney review it to be sure our interests are protected. The board <br /> agreed that it'd be a good idea. Mrs. Botsford is going to contact Kevin Kirrane to see if he has time to <br /> review it before the net board meeting. Mrs. Botsford also advised the board that the public bid portion <br /> of the project has been approved by DFI D. The proposed schedule was distributed to all board <br /> members. Mrs. Botsford also provided the board with a copy of her later to HAC regarding MHA being <br /> selected as manager and about the improvements to the existing units. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Closing of MRVP PB 213e r orn waiting list: Mrs. Botsford explained to the board that the two-bedroom <br /> MRVP Project Based Waiting list has gotten very long — 136 applicants—and the wait is longer than 10 <br /> Page 2of <br />
