Board of Assessors Meeting Page <br /> A update on Progress of Upcominq Revaluation continued <br /> been obtained for 300 to 400 units . Maybe Assessing will be <br /> able to figure out a way to show the land size because the <br /> residents have the exclusive right to use i . Mr. Bailey <br /> explained that lot size will probably be an issue in the future <br /> as units are being built; lot sizes are all similar, but some <br /> houses will be built on double lots . Assessing may have t <br /> create a way to modify the price, depending on how much land the <br /> house is built upon. Discussion followed. <br /> David Bailey informed The Board that Mashpee will be picking <br /> up a huge amount of money from WillowBend in the near future. We <br /> will have to arrange a meeting with WillowBend representatives to <br /> discuss how we will accomplish this. <br /> Chairman DeLory initiated lengthy discussion on <br /> subdivisions . Mr. Bailey informed that there are only three new <br /> subdiv' isions scheduled at present: Marsters down on Simon <br /> Narrows . also, Marsters has extended Quashnet Valley; the roads <br /> have been completed. Another is the one by Pimlico Pond Road; <br /> the road has been straightened out. Side discussions took- place. <br /> David Bailey informed that very few new subdivisions have been <br /> approved. Chairman DeLory pointed out that completing the work <br /> on previous subdivisions is in process. <br /> U2E.ominq Assessors Summer Conference <br /> David Bailey informed that noone has signed up for the <br /> conference which starts next Tuesday. He would like to attend <br /> the Patriot Properties demonstration of Its new computer system, <br /> but is reluctant to spend $100 for that segment of the <br /> conference. <br /> vice Chairman Greig inquired if Ms. Susan Collum will be <br /> attending; he made comment that she has completed and submitted <br /> the paperwork for her MAA. Mr. Bailey stated that Mr, Collura i <br /> welcome to attend, but she has not yet mentioned her plans , Her <br /> cost will also be' $100 . Leslie Greig stated that he will ask <br /> Ms , Collum about the matter. <br /> Data Collector 's Progress <br /> Upon question from Chairman DeLory,, David Bailey informed <br /> that the new listor,, fortunately, has jumped right into the <br /> workload. He has been catching up on the photographs , etc. <br />
