Board of Assessors Meeting Page <br /> i <br /> Progress of Upcomin.5 Revaluation continued <br /> Kenneth Porter expressed feeling that the meeting with Mr. <br /> Bob Trembley several days ago was quite beneficial . we all <br /> seemed to be satisfied that he represented very good commercial <br /> data. Board Members expressed agreement. <br /> Upon David Bailey ' s late arrival , chairman DeLory questioned <br /> him about the progress of the leval . Mr. Bailey informed that <br /> everything is in the D.O.F . He is just waiting now he <br /> plans to go there on this Thursday. <br /> Nice Chairman Greig asked if there have been delays at the <br /> . . . with approvals on Reval . Mr. Bailey informed that this is <br /> a busy Reval Year . . . the D.O.R. is behind there have <br /> been some delays , especially if a Town misses some data.. He <br /> expressed opinion there should be no serious delay for Mashpee. <br /> Future Possibilities for Me - Municipal Golf Course <br /> Vice Chairman Greig informed that he has an interesting <br /> printout from David Bailey about municipal golf courses; the <br /> information was obtained from the seminar' that Mr. Bailey <br /> recently attended, Mr. Greig plans to place a copy in Ms . Fancy <br /> a yn ' s mailbox at Town Hall , even though he feels that Mashpee <br /> will never get a municipal golf course when he sees the total <br /> development budget o $4 , 982 , 000 ! ! <br /> Kenneth Porter initiated lengthy discussion . Leslie Greig <br /> stated that he was reviewing the cost of an upscale project. Mr. <br /> Porter expressed feeling that Mashpee does not need an upscale <br /> municipal golf course like WillowBend with Its tremendous upkeep <br /> . but rather, one like Ponopog in Canton, which is very <br /> successful. . Lengthy discussion followed. <br /> Leslie Greig informed that on the last page of the printout, <br /> David Bailey has noted the organization of Cape Municipal Golf <br /> Committees; and he expressed opinion that this organization <br /> could supply a tremendous amount of information. Kenneth Porter <br /> stated that a municipal golf course in Mashpee is a future <br /> possibility that Mr. Greig should not give up on. Mr. Porter <br /> initiated lengthy discussion relevant to other future <br /> possibilities for Mashpee, <br /> Upon David Bailey ' s late arrival , Kenneth Porter questioned <br /> hire about how much money a simple municipal golf course would <br /> cost.
