Prioritized is the annual replacement <br /> .pr9gram of flooring, cgMet and the for various Town buildings,including <br /> schools. The project request is J50,000 per year, a total cost of$300,000 for the <br /> next six years- <br /> Ms. Laurent indicated in the upcoming fiscal year, the Town Hall would be <br /> completed(main conference room) and work would begin at the Mashpee High. <br /> School Middle school. The cost to replace the carpet/tile in the classrooms is <br /> approximately $4,000 t $5,000 per room. <br /> It was noted the cuing in the classroom was accomplished over the past two <br /> years through the expense budget and the use of School Rental Funds, <br /> approximately$25,000 per year. The School Rental Funds,may be available for <br /> the high school middle school. <br /> The Planning&Construction Co mlittee has also recommended that CIP funds <br /> support the replacement of the F_Ure Alann,S .* at the Quashnet School, a cost <br /> of$50,000. This is a new capital improvement program item haat arose when <br /> ,detector triggered the alarm. The system is presently twenty years old. The <br /> project includes the replacement of the fire alarm panel and the smoke and beat <br /> detectors for safety. <br /> Also prioritized is the maintenance of the High SchAol Paste_Water Treatment <br /> facili cost of $35,000. It is recommended tht sigf `icn repairs and <br /> upgrades be completed prior to the Breezy Acres connection proposed for <br /> 2012/2013. It was noted the freey Acres affordable housing development will`: <br /> also contribute$20,000 in the fu ding of non.-routine repairs to the'VVVVTF. <br /> Fork would commence in the summer of 2012 as the facility would be required <br /> to be shut-down to complete the work. <br /> i � - <br />
