West—Affordable Housin plication: continued <br /> Letters in support of this proposal dated November 19, 2008 as submitted <br /> in the application it elude the following; <br /> Patricia Kirby 26 Russell Road(apartment) <br /> Thomas Kirby 26 Russell Road parent <br /> Joan Bourget 33 Russell Road <br /> Joan Ielloa 29 Russell Road <br /> Cynthia West 26 Russell Road—applicant, <br /> John.West 26 Russell Road- applicant <br /> Discussion followed with respect to the tax rate ars if it would be pro- <br /> rated to reale the propel affordable, and continue to be affordable for a <br /> low income family. <br /> pian of the proposed division of property from Eastbound Band <br /> Surveying dated August 27, 2007 was reviewed. <br /> Conversation continued regarding the present lot configuration. The lot as <br /> proposed is square in shape and does not meet local zoning requirements <br /> with respect to 150' of frontage. 1t was noted the Planning Board <br /> previously reviewed a different lot configuration that has since expired. It <br /> was presented a"pork chop" layout to meet the frontage requirements. <br /> It was agreed it is necessary for the applicant to go before the Planning <br /> Board with a resubmission of the original plan depicting the original lot <br /> and"pork chop" layout with 150' of frontage that was previously <br /> approved by the Planning Board. <br /> 'The CPC agreed to defer the matter to the May agenda for continued <br /> review. <br />
