The read <br /> is paved, and as It gets closer to the water, it becomes a dirt road. <br /> Presently,there are no plans to re-pave the road, it is i good condition. <br /> Included in the CR, is the maintenance ance of 12 foot wide access ways from <br /> both Route 130 and Pickerel Cove Road. <br /> It was agreed the IFw would be consulted regarding the structural <br /> restriction of the CR as it relates to the possibility of obtaining running <br /> water and restroom facilites at the subject site location. Upon further <br /> discussion, it was agreed the application is amenable to be revised to <br /> increase the parking in Area B. The logistics of increasing the parking <br /> area may be a compelling ardent for restroom facilities The <br /> Conservation Agent agreed to discuss this ratter and the other questions <br /> that arose with the Division of Fisheries& wildlife. Mr. McManus was <br /> rcquested to submit-additional information to the Committee relative to the <br /> car-top associated to the canoe and kayak launch. <br /> Habitat_for HgpLamm-� 12 Fussell Road: <br /> Victoria Goldsmith and Don Dickinson were in attendance to discuss the <br /> CPA funding request of Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod for CPA <br /> fund=in the amount of $75-,000 to assist in the construction of ars <br /> affordable home on 12 Russell Road, Mashpee. It was noted the CPA to <br /> date has not expended funds to Habitat for Humanity for the purchase of <br /> land for affordable housing purposes. The question was asked if Habitat <br /> intends to purchase the land with CPA funds. <br /> Mr. Dickinson explained the land is anticipated to be acquired from John <br /> and Cynthia west owners of the parcel for$25,000. Presently, Habitat for <br /> Humanity is in the process of securing the property. A Purchase& Sale <br /> Agreement has been developed between the respective parties. Habitat <br /> anticipates the privately owned property would be secured in November of <br /> 2010 as grant funding has been applied for. If necessary, other Habitat <br /> resources would fund the purchase of the parcel. <br /> Mr. Dickinson indicated the hone would be deeded with an affordable <br /> housing deed restriction to maintain the home affordable in perpetuity, <br /> which would add to the Town's affordable Subsidized Housing Inventory. <br />
