The Army <br /> Corps of Engineers issued a notice; their criteria for it to not have to be reviewed <br /> is that the float not sit on the bottom. Dinghies would still be an the bottom. <br /> Nt. Gray asked, to get to deeper depths, would that be fifty additional feet? <br /> M . York stated it may be sixty or more, a rough guess. Mr. Gray asked the max- <br /> imum length that the town allows <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is 70 feet for a variance, but the Commission has, on several <br /> occasions, favored the dock at longer distances. <br /> Mt. Homeyer advised the maxum for Cors is that you leave a ml* of 0% <br /> �y <br /> f the waterway open. <br /> Mr. Gray advised another 50 feet would be out near two moorings. Also a cement block foundation does not meet the state building code. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they had to change plans there was miscommunication between <br /> the Board of Health and the ommision. He suggested giving an Amended Order with <br /> the standard condition of being notified of disposal of debris. The footprint of <br /> the house is no larger. <br /> Mts. Ferriday asked if the landscape and fill would change and they would not. <br /> VM: Motion made and seconded to -amend the Order of Conditions for Patrick Foley. <br />
