She felt he should take the sand from the area at Moody <br /> Pond. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated it is within the agricultural regs. She reiterated that the sand should be taken from the <br /> Moody Pond sand pits. <br /> Mr. Homeyer felt the commission would be placed in legal. This is this year's sanding, not the length of the lease. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday suggested once the bogs are brought up to par, thea ask him to go <br /> down the road. <br /> Mrs. Fdala made the motion that the sanding operation take place at Moody Pond <br /> and no sanding areas are permitted adjacent to the bog. 'Where was no second; the <br /> motion did not carry. <br /> VOM: Lotion made and seconded to use the present facilities for this sanding <br /> operation until. the Commission has an SCS plan. <br /> Mrs. Fdala was opposed <br /> B. Desi protocol: Protocol suggested by the Agent was reviewed. <br /> He advised he and the bog attendant are ex-officio members <br /> of the cranberry bog subcommittee. <br /> Members of the Cranberry Bog Sub-committee: Renee Fu .al ; Gertrude Ferriday; John <br /> Johansen. <br /> Concerning #3, Mrs. Fudala stated she could not see why the Agent would not con- <br /> sult with the entire subcommittee since it is such a small committee and why he <br /> would only go to the chairperson. She stated she would like to be informed of <br /> decisions. <br /> Mr. Homeyer suggested changing it to a majority of the sub-committee. <br /> Mrs. Fzdala wanted Mr. She -man and Mr. Ball to consult with the entire cranberry <br /> bog subcommittee; if there is a problem and they can't reach someone that would <br /> be okay. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated if he can' t reach the full sub-committee, or there is a split <br /> vote, he and Mr. Ball would have to tale the initiative and make a decision on <br /> their own, if necessary. <br /> It was agreed to cross out chairperson and insert Cranberry Bog Subcommittee, <br />
