Peggy Fantozzi was present to re- present Mr. Tufts, as a friend of the property owner. Copies of a revised plan were reviewed. The fire department required flip-flopping of the structure which then required roving of the driveway. A portion of the driveway is in the buffer zone, it is 40 feet, 14 feet gide. It is set back from the wetland in excess of 60 feet. DEP will receive copies of the changes tomorrow. Until occupancy, siltation fences will remain in place. Mr. Sherman stated it is absolutely no problem., Ms Fantozzi advised the lot is surrounded by three roads; there are no abutters. Public comments were requested; there were none.
