Conservation Commission <br /> # June 18, 1992 <br /> Page 7. <br /> Mr, San .cki agreed to -prepare a package for Natural Heritage to be mailed by the <br /> Commission in order to be aware of when the forty five days is up. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Co mission might consider an expansion of the lawn area if <br /> he will use an ecology mix, He would insist that the areas within the natural- <br /> buffer <br /> aturalbuffer be assisted with a native species plan. <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated there is 60 yards of loam on site, if there is the wait for 4 5 <br /> days for Natural Heritage, what can he do with the loam. <br /> Mrs. Sons stated put h ybal.es around it; that is the only appropriate answer. <br /> Mr. Sanicki requested a continuance for sixty days. Mr. Sherman would like to <br /> continue for a shorter period. <br /> Mr. Homeyer suggested he spread the loam 75 feet back so that he does not have <br /> big piles of dirt and seed that much. He will insist the additional 20 foot <br /> buffer be revege t ated; he will be made to stay between the 6 - 8 foot contour. <br /> Mr. Sherman did not want to issue the order, but allow him, by letter, to extend <br /> the existing lawn 15 feet landward. <br /> Mr. Sanicki suggested they hold a 65 foot buffer. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated if he will go along with an ecology mix, this can be allowed <br /> by letter. <br /> Mr. Sanicki advised he wants to top it off and asked if he can maintain full <br /> grass back to the house? He sugg steel a 65 foot buffer, 25 foot buffer with ecology <br /> mixand let him do what e wants with grass at the house. He wild. stake this <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this is temporary, to let him spread his loam. <br /> Nor. Sanicki stated this cannot be controlled, he would not touch this,wi.th a l <br /> foot pole. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated then to throw up haybales and Leave it. <br /> . Sanicki asked if they would entertain a silt fence? This was agreeable. <br /> He asked if he can remove this from the site with a silt fence in a "U" shape's <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated that would be acceptable if the Commission is notified, <br /> Mr. #Sherman stated he can remove it with a siltation fence in place with notification <br /> to the Commission when it is bung done, <br /> CONTINUED To AU= 27, 1992 - 7:25 p.m. <br /> 9:00 RONALD SOLOMN for an amended Order of Conditions under SE 43-1004 to replace <br /> decking at 9 Beach Road. Joe Tarabelli presenting. An Order of Conditions was <br /> received to open the existing deck to put footings to cantilever a second floor <br /> deck. Th6 second floor deck was rotting and removed with the intent of putting it <br /> back. He showed photos of the rotting that occurred. An inspection was dome b <br /> R. Johnson when the Solomons purchased the property. <br />
