Third, <br /> the coastal bank was delineated at the eleven foot contour. The bank is stable <br /> it is a turf lawn and is manicured. It is a non-eroding coastal. bank. <br /> The present pier ramp and floats have been in place since at least 1976. The <br /> ramp and two floats were replaced in 1989 due to poor condition. <br /> Mr. b1clievish advised the structure is shown in more detail for licensing purposes. <br /> It is of good design and in good condition.
