Raymond agreed. <br /> Issues were reviewed: Details of the top of the bank; the platform; specifics of <br /> the fabric to hold sand on the bank; details of the stairs; report from the arborist; <br /> comments to be requested from CZM; path to be closed off; new fence to be located; <br /> base survey to be done and monitoring. <br /> It was suggested when inspecting the beach for degradation, there should be <br /> structural monitoring, <br /> Mr. Sherman pointed out DEP states, with beach nourishment, to watch out for habitat <br /> areas and where the sand goes. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated there are two or three pieces of concrete in the water that <br /> should cone out while the heavy equipment is there. <br /> OONTINUM TO APM 189 1991 — 9:oo P.M. <br /> 9:15 DONALD P. BRARANTS for a Determination of Applicability on a proposal to <br /> replace two pilings on an existing pier at 146 Waterway. <br /> Mr. Labrecque, a neighbor, appeared for Mr. Brabants and presented abutter receipts. <br /> Mr. Sherman had no problem with replacing the piles but there has been recent work <br /> with stone walls and landscaping that should have been filed for. <br /> Nr: Lfabrecque, stated the walls have been there for a -long while. There was <br /> problem with the septic system and a concern whether hooked up by the contractor, <br /> trench was dug to verify this. <br /> Ater a search, no filing was located in the computer for the septic installation. <br /> Mr. Sherman will have a conversation with Mr. Brabants and get a proper filing <br /> for the other wore <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing as soon as word is received <br /> from lir. Brabants that he will file for the other work clone. <br /> Continued pmdipg receipt of information. <br /> §§§§§§§§§§ <br /> AMMSTRATIVEMEW: <br /> 485 Surrersea Rd. : The agent will view the site again.
