Conservation Commission <br /> July 25, 1991 <br /> Rage 4. <br /> Mr. Coffey suggested the Order of Conditions be epoxied onto the float in perpetuity. <br /> He asked the clearance for public passage and was told it is about 4 feet. <br /> Mr. Wilson will provide new plans. <br /> Mr. Somerville suggested the Commission mention in the decision that it is a very <br /> urge structure and not the size the Commission would like to see. <br /> Mr. Shen stated the Commission should consider this very carefully. There will <br /> e more large ones, after-the-fact filings-, -coming in and this will set a precedent. <br /> Ms Behrman stated there was a town bylaw in 1980 and no application made to the <br /> COMMi cion for the change in configuration. There is a large area of coverage <br /> for these floats. ale not a major problem to the Shellfish Officer, the Cor scion <br /> should stipulate when floats are replaced there should be some light penetration and <br /> not be solid. Mr. Wilson- agreed to check on the construction of the structure. <br /> Mrs. Sim ons asked fir. Mr. LeBlanc stated that would have to be hand dug. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated that la guage could be submitted to the Commission as a revision, <br /> Ms Behrman stated the gravel is to be removed promptly from the site and a line of <br /> haybales could be placed to contain the sand. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested a revised RDA incorporating the items mentioned; give the <br /> C <br /> location for the ha b <br /> ales contain�ng the sand; gravel to be removed promptly to a <br /> disposal site; how far back from the sitting area to be clone by hand. <br /> Mr. LeBlanc stated they would not be doing the landscaping until fall but would like <br /> to do the deck immediately. <br /> Vim: Motion rade and seconded to find a negative determination upon receipt of the <br /> certified changes in the RDA and Notice to DEP. <br />
