Conservation Commission July 25, 1991 Rage 4. Mr. Coffey suggested the Order of Conditions be epoxied onto the float in perpetuity. He asked the clearance for public passage and was told it is about 4 feet. Mr. Wilson will provide new plans. Mr. Somerville suggested the Commission mention in the decision that it is a very urge structure and not the size the Commission would like to see. Mr. Shen stated the Commission should consider this very carefully. There will e more large ones, after-the-fact filings-, -coming in and this will set a precedent. Ms Behrman stated there was a town bylaw in 1980 and no application made to the COMMi cion for the change in configuration. There is a large area of coverage for these floats. ale not a major problem to the Shellfish Officer, the Cor scion should stipulate when floats are replaced there should be some light penetration and not be solid. Mr. Wilson- agreed to check on the construction of the structure. Mrs. Sim ons asked fir. Mr. Sherman suggested a revised RDA incorporating the items mentioned; give the C location for the ha b ales contain�ng the sand; gravel to be removed promptly to a disposal site; how far back from the sitting area to be clone by hand. Mr. LeBlanc stated they would not be doing the landscaping until fall but would like to do the deck immediately.
