MAKUNAS, for a Determination of Applicability on a proposal to <br /> construct a 10 ft. X 18 ft. wooden storage shed at 119 . ries Circle. <br /> Mr. Sherman spoke for Mr. -Makunas, who could not be present. The structure is <br /> proposed to be placed on a fairly flat area. He suggested a two foot perimeter <br /> of s t one around the bu i .ding. <br /> Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination with the <br /> stipulation that a drip line or gutters and downspouts be installed. <br /> 8:30 ACTON & NM)GE LITKIN, for a Determination of Applicability on a proposal <br /> for an addition over an existing first story and expansion of kitchen and septic <br /> system at 63 Waterline Drive. <br /> Patrick Coffey stepped down, having twice remodeled this house. <br /> Andrew Tarabelli represented the applicant. He did not have the abutter receipts <br /> with him and agreed to provide thea Monday morning. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers expressed concern with an abutter not having the opportunity to <br /> hear the project. <br /> It was agreed the Commission would hear the proposal with the Determination to <br /> be issued upon receipt of the cards. <br /> Mr. T rabelli advised they propose to move the pool equipment closer to the street, <br /> under the existing addition and placing three footings. The septic is outside of <br /> �u.risdiction, <br /> Mr. Sherman did not see any impact; they will be hand dug. <br /> Motion rade and seconded to find a Legative Determination, to be issued <br /> upon receipt of green cards for abutter notification. <br /> NEGATIVE DEDMNINATION <br /> Prior to beginrung the Commission's Post-hearing agenda, a ten minute intermission <br /> was enjoyed. <br />
