After discussion,, M: Motion made and seconded to Deny without prejudice. CONSERVATION TRUST FUND: An article provided by Town Clerk was reviewed. TCW AR CIM Proposed Article 1 concerning abutter notification for large projects was accepted with no changes,. Proposed Article 2 concerning the permitting process for docks, piers, etc. , accepted with the following changes: Date for proof of structural existence to be the sane as Chapter 91, January 1, x.984. Also added in the explanation, „plan is not required to be prepared or stamped by an engineer or surveyor". Proposed Article 3 was accepted with no change. VM: Motion made and seconded to accept the articles, as amended, for inclusion in the Town Warrant. NC Wiwi : Enforcement Order Ratified, SMEVletter received from Town Counsel was reviewed. It is believed Mr. Huntoon is no longer in Massachusetts and the bonds could not be called in. To resolve the matter of work done on Conservation lana, town counsel suggests the Woodlands Ccnnittee and/or the Commission set up a meting with the new owner, Phyllis P skauskas advised the person has owned the property for three years since shortly after this oecured and was made aware of the situation by her.'
