Conservation Commission <br /> October 4, 1990 <br /> Page 3. <br /> Mr. Palm tier advised a bank cannot be armored to protect a structure built after <br /> 1978. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked how that would affect existing rip-rap that became insufficient. <br /> Ms Behrman stated It would lose it's grandfathering because of the size of the <br /> house, <br /> 5 <br /> Mr. Sherman read from the reg lations he was of the opinion it could be protected <br /> in the future. <br /> Suggestion was made that this- question be referred to Conservation Law Foundation. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there is no visible erosion going on at the moment and he does <br /> not see any harm from the walk-way. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. <br /> 1� CLOSED -- ORDER of CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS <br /> 8:15 GBDRGE REGAL, 177 Tamberlane Drive, continued hearing. Mr. Thorng stated there is no game plan. <br /> Mr. Shermm felt there was sufficient information and a Notice of Intent would not <br /> have been necessary had Par. Regan provided proper RDA forms. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing.
