Cut r etaining walls
are to be constructed of fieldstone and will retain existing vegetation. There
are controlled entrance and exit g aces. They are attempting to got parking for
the end cottage by taking a section of New Seabury owned land and having ars elev-
ated stairway,.
Mrs. Simmons stated the last two no thermost and the one on the coastal bark were
not supposed to have -changed.
Mr. Abrahamson stated they have; 77 and 78 were not supposed to change but the
footprint shown deviates from the existing.
Mr.- Grotzke advised there may have been a slight increase in square footage. They
had to chop off the front and add on to the back to have the septic work properly.
Mrs. Snons stated she did not want to discuss 78.
Ms Behrman stated that is a substantial change in footprint window they are giving
themselves.
Mr. Sherman advised thane is no paper work received for an am-ended Notice of Intent.
Mr. Desrosiers advised the property line was defined with trees and not continued
to the last two. Mr. Abrahamson advised it is because at the top of the coastal
bank, it is right at the cottage.
Mr. Coffey asked, with plantings proposed and landscaping as shown, how did they
feel they have affected stabilization of the whole site, plus or minus, and wild-
life habitat.
W. Abrahamson advised wildlife habitat has increased. Concerning impact, asphalt
is there now and grass. He cannot honestly say there will be no impact if an in-
crease in footprints. They are trying to compensate for that. The only seeded
.awn areas are between the hedge and the goods.
Mr. Coffey asked what impact putting greens would have in that area?
Mr. Abrahamson stated that would be tremendous and should be restricted.
Mr. trot ke suggested putting a fence at the top of the bank and Mr. Abrahamson
suggested at the 1=*'t of vegetation and have it meander.
Ms Behr ,an would want to do an on-site with the proposed order of conditions in
hand, lot by lot. Mr. Zeppenfeld agreed.
Mrs. Simmons stated the plan with one cottage in the bank must be changed.
Ms Behrran stated the hearings should be kept open.
CONTINUED TO OCTOBER 18, 1990 - 7:46 P.M. - LILLY PONDAT 7:45 P,M, To BE CXWINM
AT T T TIS AT RBWM of THE APPLICMT.
§§§§§§§§
MSHM IVM WW L ID CUM: The Chairman advised they will be meeting on
October 10, at 6:30.
