Conservation Commission <br /> January 25, 1990 <br /> Page 4. <br /> oo Anthony Pelusi , Lot 4 Melissa Avenue, Continued Hearing. <br /> CONTINUED TO MARCH 8., 1990 -- 7:45 P.M. , AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT. <br /> 8: 15 Suzanne Nash, 57 T i tuber l acne Drive, continued hearing. Patrick Coffey <br /> stood down. George Thrng of Arrow Engineering presenting, Stakes at the <br /> top ofthe bank were restaked which Mr.. Th r ng viewed and agreed were correct. <br /> The house addition,, deck and septic system are all within 100 feet of the bank <br /> abutting Santuit Pond. construction will be behind the top of the bank. Posts <br /> for the deck will be slanted back to the house foundation with no supports on <br /> the bank. Under the proposed deck will be undisturbed. Board of Health and <br /> Board of Appeals approval were received. The ejector pump was approved by <br /> D.E.P. The leaching facility will be 42 feet farther away than existing. <br /> Drywel is are proposed for roof runoff. <br /> Ms Behrman asked if any disturbance will be caused by the house foundation. <br /> Steven VanTol stated that area is to be dug by hand with 4 ft. footings. <br /> Ms Dehrman suggested the work limit be brought back. <br /> Mr, Th rng agreed 1 -- 1-112 feet would be a possibility, 2 feet would be the <br /> maximum. <br /> Mrs. Simmons asked him to address the growth ander the hangover. <br /> Mr. VanTol stated if level , that would be 8-9 ft. ; it drops down considerably. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers asked for details on construction; a cross-section of the house <br /> to slow if a basement under the house. <br /> Mr. Nash advised it is a split level ; driveway at the front is ground level <br /> and the basement at the back is ground level. The deck is at the second level . <br /> Mr. Burns asked how the foundation would be put i n. Mr, VanTol stated it is a <br /> 4 ft. wall and slab. <br /> M . Desrosiers asked the type of trees to be cut and was told they are Beeches. <br /> Two are tagged and the rest they will work around. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated during the on-site it was noted ashes from the wood store <br /> have been thrown on the bank. Mr. Nash stated these will be removed and no <br /> more placed there. <br /> To DE CLOSED AT THE HEARING SUBSEQUENT TO THE RECEIPT OF REVISED PLANS SHOWING <br /> THE HAYBALE LIME MOVED, FOUNDATION LOCATION, ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING IN THE <br /> LOWER AREA.
