A slab was poured around the house with a patio and walkway after the house was built which has begun to sink, with water going between the house and patio. The patio was broken up and they were Doing to rebuild not knowing they were in violation. Gravel has been put back in place. They are just replacing what was there. Mr. Sherman stated he did not see any environmental damage at this point. The patio is 10 - 12 feet from the top of the bank. The area is a flat plateau. Mr. Shepherd advised there is a lawn around the entire perimeter of the house. The patio was broken up and taken off the premises. Gutters direct roof run- off from the patio. The cement will be pitched to a drywel l.
