Gravel has been put back in place. They are just replacing <br /> what was there. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he did not see any environmental damage at this point. The <br /> patio is 10 - 12 feet from the top of the bank. The area is a flat plateau. <br /> Mr. Shepherd advised there is a lawn around the entire perimeter of the house. <br /> The patio was broken up and taken off the premises. Gutters direct roof run- <br /> off from the patio. He <br /> would also life to see more soundings in that area. <br /> Nr. Coffey asked if it could be constructed under the present bylaw and Mr, Thorn <br /> stated that it couldn't. At was noted it originally went through Board of Appeals. <br />
