February 8, 1990 <br /> Page 4. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated the Commission bent over backwards to extend permits on the <br /> garage and it was noted the house is newly shingled and no permit applied for <br /> the work. <br /> M . Burns suggested the existing wall be straightened-out and M . Pederson agreed. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked if a copy of the order was on-site -arid was told it wasn't; he <br /> stated it should be. <br /> French Drain to be shown on the plan and a landscape plan to be provided. <br /> M . Thorng asked that the building inspector be notified so a permit can be pulled. <br /> Work was halted pending Conservation approval . A letter to be sent to the building <br /> inspector when the (nearing is closed. <br /> HEARING To BE CLOSED AFTER RECEIPT of MATERIALS. <br /> 8:30 Ray E. & Merry Friedman for a determination of applicability on a proposal <br /> to cut seven trees surrounding the structure at 18 ValeLane. Joseph Agr i l l o <br /> presenting. The purchasers of the property will not buy the property if trees <br /> cannot be cut down, they do not allow air to circulate around the house. Stumps <br /> will be flush cut. The area ,i not landscaped, just light under rush, Brush <br /> and debris will be taken to the stump dump. (This was added to the request) <br /> Mr. Sh a man ,stated he had no problem with this project. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a negative determination. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION* <br /> 8:45 Leon Rosenberg, for a p roposed addition, garage and driveway, with an <br /> additional deck area and landscaping at 127 Popponesset Island Road. <br /> CONTINUED To MARCH 8, 1990 - 8:30 AT THE REQUEST of THE APPLICANT. <br /> 9:00 John M. A l l debris to be removed to a disposal area. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated Board of Health recommendations stated that the project <br /> does net conform to regulations and Title V is not in place. <br /> Mr. Sanicki advised Title V. is in place. <br /> Mrs. Simmons recalled the house was added to and septic upgraded previously. <br /> Mr. Brophy stated it was inspected and signed off. The number of bedrooms are <br /> to remain the same. <br />
