TO BE CLOSED AFTER RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH ISSUE. 9:15 Ely Harary & Vincent Porciello, Jr, ,, to construct a single family residence, septic system and pool at Lot 282 Bight Circle. SE 43-850, The 9:30 hearing scheduled for the construction and maintenance of a dock,, ramp and float system under SE 43-843 was presented at the same time, The reason for the two filings is because if there is a problem with one,, the other could go forward. The five bedroom house has a special permit from the Board of appeals for less than O ft. from the wetland. The Board of Health suggested changes to the septi and is satisfied. There is no change in house location. A shellfish study by Sabatia has been submitted. Mrs. Simmons suggested they come south 8-10 ft. to save a large bush with a good root system.. M + Slavinsky agreed. Paul Somerville advised they originally came in for a set of floats directly out from the shore and they were asked to change it to a "T" shape. Mrs. Simmons asked why three floats, 36 ft. , were needed. She asked Mr, Somerville if it would help to eliminate one of the floats. He stated there would be berthing for 4-5 boats. He suggested the use -impact should be considered. 11 Mr. Slavinsky asked to go to .-8 X 241 total 2 - 8 X 12' ). 1r. Somerville stated that is an improvement and more in line with what is there. Mrs. Simmons asked to be furnished with the boats going to be moored there and was told that would be difficult, She asked that they flag trees to be removed, if any, outside of the fotprint of the patio and house. Mr. Slavinsky agreed. Concerning a landscape plan, Mr. Porciello stated he was looking for feedback before he had the plans done, They will only need a 10 ft. path with nothing else to be touched. They will leave everything below the work limit. Evergreens will be utilized. It is an Ozone pool with several dryells. Mr. Coffey asked if they would be willing to l eave instructions for the pool for future owners and Mr. Porciello agreed they would. Mr. Coffey asked re the landscaping, if leaving undisturbed natural vegetation away from the resource area, would he be comfortable with that being conditioned? Mr. Porciello stated he could work with that. lr. Somerville stated he has no problem with moving the float 10 ft. to the south.
