Plantings are described in the Notice of Intent. Mrs. Simmons stated extras vegetation is necessary because of the erosion. Everything will have to be opened up, there is no spacing. Mr. Sherman pointed out there are two gutters going down the bank. Charles V Blas, Jr. stated they plan to eliminate them and put in a dry ell.
