There is no Ooblem with the <br /> situation as it eists. <br /> A letter was received from the Shellfish ish Warden stated he requested a contribution <br /> to restock lost shellfish during construction and would like e that incorporated into <br /> the Order of Conditions. He suggested an assessment of $300 for shellfish, on or <br /> before dune 15, 1 go in order to obtain seed before the cut-off date. <br /> There were no comments from the public. <br /> HEARING CLOSED - ORDER of CONDITIONS 21 DAYS. <br />
