It is 4 feet above his ground level and 6 feet above the abutting <br /> neighbors, He has planted with indigenous plants and rebuilt the sand dune <br /> as requested by the Commission. <br /> Discussion followed Mr. Zammer's statement that only abutters directly abutting <br /> were notified and no green cards were in hand. <br /> 1r. Sherman stated he has no concerns with the fence.
