Simmons asked if they were ready for a certificate of compliance? <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they were if the plans reflect what is there. <br /> Mr . Rich advised the old line was a 2 inch, now is an 8 inch; <br /> parallel to the 8 inch there is still an existing 2 inch for back-up, <br /> which will stay in place until the permanent bridge is put in place . <br /> The timetable is from 2-1/2 months to 2-1/2 years. once the bridge <br /> is in place , Highwood water will pint 1-1/2 inches of paving on both <br /> sides 400 feet , <br /> Mrs . Simmons asked then to be sure to include the dimensions of the <br /> new paving in the Notice of Intent . <br /> When asked if freezing would be a problem, it was stated they now <br /> run two bleeders and it will not be a problem with the 8 inch line . <br /> HEARING CLOSED - ORDER of CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS. <br /> 8:30 ALAN LARKIN, Lots 287 & 288 Cranberry Avenue, for a driveway, boat ramp, <br /> house and yard renovations, proposed deck and beach nourishment and to remove <br /> an existing underground fuel oil storage tank. <br /> Dave Sanicki presenting with Burton Kaplan. Updated plans were reviewed with <br /> the top of the bank.delineated. Mr. Sherman agreed with the delineation. The <br /> grasscrete will not extend beyond the tie above the top of the bank. There is <br /> a seasonal wipe dock arrangement added to the plan. The beach area to be nourished <br /> was staked. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised Mr. Larkin was present at the on-site and was agreeable to a <br /> sand box arrangement to keep the sand from migrating over where the grass is growing. <br /> Mr. Kaplan stated there would be no objection to this. <br /> Mr. Sanicki asked the Cor�ssion to condition that CCA treated ties be placed along <br /> the embankment and no sand be placed pondward of the embankment side. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested Mr. Sanicki sketch this in on the plan and initial it, which <br /> was done. <br /> Mr. Coffey requested he make reference to the change in cubic yards also. This was <br /> agreed to. <br /> Concerning disposal of the gas tank and asphalt, Mr. Sherman suggested it be cond- <br /> itioned that the Commission be provided with certificates from the appropriate <br /> disposal agencies that this has been done properly. <br /> BM ING CLOSED - WITH TBE UNDERSTANDING REVISED PLANS WILL BE PROVIDED, <br /> ARNOLD ALTSH LER for the construction of a one bedroom addition and Title v <br /> sewage disposal system at 82 Fells Pond Road. Abutter receipts were presented by , <br /> George Thorng. <br /> Mrs. Simmons advised she knows the Al.tschul.ers slightly but it will not influence <br /> her decision; she would step down if the Commission wished her ,to. <br /> Mr. Th rng stated in the Notice of Intent it was added they were putting in a <br /> septic system, after the addition, however it is out- of the 100 ft. buffer zone. <br /> There is no basement, only a crawl space. It is a summer hone. The distance <br /> from the nearest edge to Fells Pond is 82 feet. <br />
