Conservation Commission <br /> November 8, 1990 <br /> Page 2. <br /> Ir. Coffey stated the Burdon of Proof is on the applicant; the inference was not <br /> there to be made. Desrosiers stated, if no adverse impact and it is sufficiently controlled, <br /> an amended order would be adequate to protect the interests of the Act. <br /> Consensus: Disposal, demolition techniques, and work limit, are concerns to be <br /> addressed. An Amended order of Conditions to be required. <br /> Vim: Motion rade and seconded to require n Amended Order of Conditions for <br /> William Sullivan, SE 43-794. <br /> DAVM VOINE- 3-507: A Certificate of Compliance was requested. Inspection <br /> disclosed the dock is 92 feet, not the 45 feet permitted., A Notice of Intent <br /> would be required for the additional footage. Chapter 91 to be informed. <br /> WILLOW Bim: There are problems. A. M. Wilson is trying to settle matters for <br /> the bank and has provided pictures. <br /> It was suggested an on-site be arranged with Louise Behrman in attendance for <br /> her knowledge of the history of the project. <br /> MICHAEL : DEP advised the seasonal dock does need an engineered pian. <br /> Arrow Engineering will be informed, prior to the continued hearing, that the <br /> plan is incomplete.
